Service Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines begin upon receipt of full payment (or agreed deposit) and all required project information from the client. Our standard estimated timelines are:
| Service | Standard Delivery | Expedited (24hr) |
|---|---|---|
| Review & Stamp | 3–5 business days | 24 hours (where available) |
| Structural Engineering | 5–10 business days | As quoted |
| Civil Engineering | 5–10 business days | As quoted |
| MEP Engineering | 7–12 business days | As quoted |
Timelines may be affected by: delays in client providing required documents, scope changes after commencement, or unusual project complexity. We will notify you promptly of any delays and provide a revised estimate. Delivery delays do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Project Tracking: Every project is assigned a tracking number so you can monitor progress in real time. Contact us at any point for a status update.
