We provide licensed Professional Engineering services entirely online, so a homeowner, contractor or designer anywhere in the United States can get properly engineered, sealed drawings without hunting for a local firm, waiting weeks for a callback or paying for an hourly engagement that nobody can budget.
What we do
We review and design, then seal and sign. Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil work for residential and light commercial projects: beams and foundations, framing changes and additions, MEP sheets, grading and drainage, site plans, retaining walls and wall removals: prepared for the code edition and the load criteria actually enforced at your address, and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in that state.
How we work
- You talk to the engineer. Not a coordinator, not a ticket queue. The person answering your question is the person sealing the drawing.
- Fixed fees, quoted first. You see the scope, the price and the delivery date before you pay anything. No hourly meters, no change orders for plan review revisions.
- Days, not weeks. Standard residential scopes are typically delivered in 48 to 72 hours.
- We stay with it until approval. If the reviewer comes back with comments, we answer them and revise at no extra cost.
- Honest answers, including inconvenient ones. If you do not need an engineer, or a cheaper path exists, we say so: a short letter instead of a full design, or a plan drawn from the recorded plat instead of a new survey.
- Fully online. Upload from a phone in a half-demolished kitchen if you need to. Nothing about the process requires you to be anywhere in particular.
