What changes the price
Scope, not postcode. The things that move a quote are the number of sheets, the number of disciplines, whether calculations and a report are required, how much information is missing at the start, and how fast you need it. We will tell you which of those is driving your number, and usually how to bring it down.
Common questions
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agree in writing. If you later change what you are building, we requote that change before doing it. You are never billed for something you did not approve.
Do I pay before or after?
Work starts once the fee is settled, and you see the scope, the engineer and the delivery date before you pay anything.
Are revisions charged?
Revisions needed to satisfy the plan reviewer are included. Revisions because you have changed the design are quoted separately and fairly.
