Your panels are picked and the installer is ready. The only thing between you and installation day is a plan set your city will approve. We prepare solar permit packages the way building departments across the US ask for them, and we stamp the structural letter most of them now require for rooftop work.
Roof-mount PV plan sets
Site plan, array layout, attachment and racking details, electrical single-line diagram, labels and fire-setback notes, matched to your module, inverter and racking spec sheets.
PE structural letters and roof checks
Most jurisdictions want a licensed engineer to confirm your roof can carry the array. We check the framing, spans and added dead load against your state’s code and issue a sealed letter, usually within 48 to 72 hours.
Ground mounts and solar carports
Post embedment, foundation design and wind and snow load calculations for ground-mount arrays and carport structures, sealed for your jurisdiction.
Battery storage and EV chargers
Energy storage placement to current fire code separation rules, load calculations and panel schedules for home batteries and EV charging circuits, added to the same permit set.
For solar installers
Flat per-project pricing, consistent sheet templates and same-week turnaround that keeps your install calendar full. See contractor volume support.
Pricing and turnaround
Residential roof-mount plan sets and structural letters start at $249, with package pricing when ordered together. Ground mounts, carports and battery systems are quoted as one fixed fee before work begins.
